Listinator hosts inventory and order tools for sellers. This notice describes how information handled through the platform is used and stored.

How we use information

We only use and store customer and order information to support sales, returns, and the customer experience — for example fulfilling orders, showing order status, printing documents, and keeping sales records sellers rely on for their business.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information or share it for advertising, marketing, or unrelated purposes. Information stays within the platform and the seller’s account except where it must be passed along to complete a sale or shipment (such as a shipping carrier or the marketplace an order came from).

Shared order links

Order links on invoices or QR codes may show order details to anyone who has the link. Treat them like a receipt — only share them with people who should see that information.

Questions

Questions about a specific purchase should go to the seller who fulfilled the order. Questions about this platform can be directed through the contact information on the seller’s account or your Listinator administrator.
